ICE-2 Motor Exam

This week we will be covering the motor exam

You will need a reflex hammer and to memorize the muscles and their myotomes in the ICE booklet. Also consider referring to the ASIA worksheet above for main myotomes.

reflexes

power exam

gait patterns

how to differentiate UMN from LMN patterns/lesions

Please be prepared to be quizzed on CN exam from last week.

We will also be examining real patients with neurological findings
